How to convert NUMBERS to CSV

Open the file in Numbers
Double-click your .numbers file on a Mac to open in Numbers. On iPhone/iPad, tap the file in Files app. The spreadsheet opens with all sheets visible.

Export to CSV
Mac: File → Export To → CSV. iOS: tap the three-dot menu → Export → CSV. Choose options: include headers, encoding (UTF-8 with BOM for Excel compatibility).

Save and use the CSV
Save the .csv file and open in Excel, Google Sheets, or import into your database. Each sheet of the Numbers file becomes a separate CSV.

Can I convert Numbers to CSV without a Mac?
iCloud.com — go to icloud.com, sign in with your Apple ID, open Numbers in the browser, upload your .numbers file, then File → Download a Copy → CSV. Works on Windows or Linux without any Apple software installed.
Will formulas convert?
No — CSV stores values, not formulas. The CSV contains the calculated results. If you need formulas, export to XLSX instead, then convert to CSV in Excel only when you're ready for plain data.
How do I convert multiple sheets at once?
Numbers exports each sheet as a separate CSV file when you choose CSV export. The file is saved as a folder containing one CSV per sheet, named after each sheet's name.
