What to include

Bug report

Please include the source format, target format, browser name and version, and operating system. A screenshot or screen recording helps us reproduce it quickly.

Format request

Tell us which conversion you need. If it's a common format we haven't covered yet, we'll prioritise it. Volume matters — the more requests a format gets, the faster it ships.

Billing or Pro

Include the email address you used at checkout. We resolve billing questions the same day — usually within a few hours.

Everything else

Partnership inquiries, press, general feedback, or just saying hi — we read and respond to all of it.

Before reaching out about a conversion issue, try refreshing the page — this reloads the WebAssembly engine and clears any state. Most transient errors resolve immediately. Check the FAQ for common questions.
